ALL REPTILES ARE GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL.
Please let us know of any adverse weather conditions in your area when placing your order. (Snow/ice, Extreame heat or cold)
Live arrival is only guaranteed when tempratures in route are between 35 and 90 degrees. If the tempratures in your area are extremly hot or cold we can hold your order until the weather is better.
All DOAs must be called in the same day of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or store credit. Sorry no cash refunds. (Photos may be required)
We cannot refund or credit shipping charges.

We ship Fed Ex overnight or UPS Next Day Air. Delivery is usualy by 10:30 AM, but may be later for some areas. Someone must be available to accept shipments on the first delivery attempt (no matter the delivery time) or all live arrival guarantees are null and void.
